Founded in the Spring of 2019, Wayfinder Academy is a transformative leadership and learning initiative built for a changing world. Rooted in the ancient wisdom of wayfinding, we guide individuals and institutions through the deep work of becoming more human centered through academic, social, emotional, and spiritual formation.
We serve educators, nonprofit leaders, students, and professionals through immersive fellowships, learning pathways, research collaboratives, and publishing projects. Our approach blends timeless values with practical strategies, helping people and organizations navigate complexity with clarity and purpose.
